    Every table in the file is listed. Set the header row, drop empty rows, duplicates and the columns you don't need.

    Excel, CSV or JSON, or copy it straight into Google Sheets. Several tables can go into one Excel file, a sheet each.

Good to know

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and processed by your browser on your own computer. Nothing from it is sent to us or stored.

Which PDF files work?

PDFs that contain real text, such as reports, price lists and statements exported from other programs. Simple tables come out well; tables with merged cells may need a little tidying. Scanned pages are images, so there is no text to read.

What does "From text" find?

Dates, amounts with a currency sign or code, links, and order or invoice numbers. Each one goes into its own row, with the words around it so you can see where it came from.

How do I get the table into Google Sheets?

Press "Copy for Google Sheets", click a cell in your sheet and paste. Every value lands in its own cell.
